Jennifer Koh Finds Music in Poetry

Jennifer KohThirty year old American violinist Jennifer Koh talks extensively about literature and contemporary music in this recent interview with Strings Magazine. You can also hear Koh talk about her recital program of Janacek, Schubert, Higdon, Kurtag and Schumann in this audio clip from the 92 Y Blog. The recital with pianist Reiko Uchida got a great review from Allan Koznin of the New York Times, as did an earlier San Francisco recital reviewed by Joshua Kosman of the San Francisco Chronicle.
